My chance for freedom came when I booked my ticket to Guatemala for eight days last month.  After climbing a volcano, staying in a small town on a lake filled with chill hippie folk, my friends and I ended up on the beach of Monterrico to chill out and burn our buns on the hot black sand.

It’s nice to know that there is a world outside of New York City, and it’s beautiful.
